Recently, I came across a website while doing research on Native American symbols. www.crystalwind.ca
I thought I would share it since it covers similar interests and themes with my blog.
There is a new moon today, symbolizing a time to plant seeds and intentions for the next full moon. Pluto and mars are in aspect to the new moon, giving it a very emotional charge. Depending on your nature, you may have felt the emotional nature of this energy as early as yesterday. Issues involving home and nurture will be front and center in our lives. We may not feel satisfied with our home life or we may not be feeling nurtured in our relationships. It might be a good time to look at what is truly important to us and set intentions to achieve those goals. Hope the new moon inspires you in some significant way.
After reading some of the descriptions on the crystalwind website, I thought about how much unity we need in the world today. Unity around tolerance for others perspectives. No matter what your point of you, it is so easy to become disrespectful of anyone who has opposing views. Unfortunately disrespect only divides us further. It's a fine line to walk your talk without forcing others to walk just like you. I know how hard it is when you believe others are doing harm to the planet or each other to simply stay present to your own contribution. Disrespect divides!
Peace is more than a concept we wish for; it takes conscious awareness of our interactions and reactions. It requires a willingness to dialogue and great patience when others refuse to dialog with us. Peace will ultimately save the earths resources and the human family that benefits from them.
I hope you enjoy www.crystalwind.ca
The Boss sings it true! This land was made for you and me! A Pete Seeger classic. I'm so grateful for having grown up with this beautiful music and these beautiful lyrics.
Didn't have much choice about the time of day. We were just passing through on our way to Seattle. It was beautiful and amazing the whole way. Hard to believe it's been nearly a month since my last blog.
