Last week I confessed to some of my darker emotions. In kindness to myself and others, I do not judge these emotions as bad. We all go through periods of anger and resentment when we are not able to express ourselves clearly or freely. Feelings inform us that we need to take action. The important thing is getting clear without projecting onto others. When we pass harsh judgement on others without knowing the circumstances, it can lead to a round robin of defensiveness and projection. What I have found most recently is a return to love for myself leads to seeing others in a kinder light. If you have watched any of the Joe Dispenza videos I share on Facebook, you have caught on to the idea of changing your mind. Loving yourself fully often requires changing your mind. If you tend to be defensive, you are not loving yourself fully. Allow yourself time to examine your beliefs about yourself and others. This is a great gift that will increase your compassion. The more often you simply sit with love in your heart the easier it is to deal with the frustrating situations and people in your life. Have a good week and lots of loving thoughts towards yourself and others! ART It's been a busy week. I have nothing new to post, so I'm remembering Ireland for St. Paddy's day. A photo I took of the Cliffs of Moher. Nature is the best ART! This is an old favorite. Enjoy the landscape too. Have a Happy St. Patricks Day! Comments are closed.
