As I introduced food back into my diet, I tried to stick with the Hippocrates manual that my friend shared with me. I immediately started to bloat with gas and felt horrible. I knew I could still be detoxifying but I still felt concerned. I was told to eat meat for my blood sugar. I sometimes feel like a human guinea pig but I have decided to listen to my body and no one else!. I am a carnivore! Well, an omnivore at least.
The message, I think, is : Stay Relaxed Love Life Eat what makes your body feel great and enjoy every morsel. One more thing, move your body; exercise is a necessary component to a healthy body and brain.
This morning, during my breath practice, I heard this song. "Without a doubt, without regret" caught my attention. "I can't change the world with melodies but I'll try" We all have to try!

The darkest time of the month allows for deep restful sleep. It is also associated with planting seeds which sprout by the full moon. We can use this time to plant seeds of intention. With five planets retrograde, moving backwards from the earths perspective, we have a lot to review and reconsider. Use this time wisely as we move forward in global turbulence and adjustment. The final square between Uranus and Pluto may have passed but other squares and oppositions show more adjustment ahead.
I am currently doing a week long juice fast. I had tried this about 18 months ago. I am on day three and definitely feeling more emotional than usual. I have done a lot of research. Giving your body and digestive system a rest while supplying it with nutrients is a powerful way of allowing the body to heal itself. I am stronger than I was a year ago but I was still dealing with digestive issues and inflammation. Fasting has helped many people with these issues, so I'm giving it a try. I will write more about the results once I complete the fast.
